OUR RETURN POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS.

 IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

  • If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we will replace or refund your order free of charge. We want to make it right with you! We have a great track record but sometimes a mistake can happen at the print shop. Please save the original box/packaging and send pictures of the damaged items to pompeedou@yahoo.com and we’ll investigate the situation and see what happened.

  • Each item is printed to order and unfortunately, if we have already printed out your item we have to recoup the cost, therefore only defective/damaged items are eligible for exchanges or returns.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Soap products are not eligable for returns.
